Provider: EJM Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 80 696 343 889), trading as Agent Tradie, New South Wales, Australia ("Agent Tradie", "we", "us").
Client: The business or individual named in the onboarding form who has paid the setup fee ("you", "the Client").
Agent Tradie automates your accounts receivable follow-up. Specifically, we:
We are not a debt collection agency and do not provide debt collection services. We do not:
$500 inc. GST - a one-off fee payable before the service commences. This fee is non-refundable as it covers the time required to configure and test the service for your business.
$800 inc. GST per month - billed monthly via Stripe to your nominated payment method. Billing commences when your account is activated (after setup is complete).
If a payment fails, we'll notify you and retry. If payment is not received within 7 days, we may suspend your service until the outstanding amount is settled.
All prices include GST. We are registered for GST (ABN 80 696 343 889). Tax invoices will be issued for each payment.
You agree to:
We access your Xero account (read-only) and send emails via your Gmail account. We do not modify your Xero data, read your email inbox, or sell your data or your customers' data to any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time after the initial 3-month period by providing 30 days' written notice to ed@agenttradie.com.au. You will not be charged after your final billing cycle ends.
During the initial 3-month period, cancellations are not available except in the case of a material breach by Agent Tradie.
We may terminate this agreement immediately if you breach these terms, use the service unlawfully, or fail to pay fees within 14 days of a failed payment. In all other circumstances, we'll give you 30 days' notice of termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Tradie's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses (including lost revenue or lost business) even if we were aware of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you are a consumer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. These terms do not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
